Passionate about finding sustainable living solutions, reducing waste, and making everyday choices feel a little kinder to both people and the planet, I believe sustainability shouldn’t feel overwhelming, expensive, or all-or-nothing. A Simpler Life is about bringing back thoughtful living — slowing down, reusing what we can, choosing products more consciously, and creating a home that feels healthier, calmer, and less wasteful.

Inside the shop, you’ll find eco-friendly household essentials, plastic-free swaps, refill products, and carefully chosen items that are practical, beautiful, and designed to last. Every product is selected with care, balancing sustainability with realism, affordability, and everyday life. 

Along with my new adventure, I'm an aromatherapist and natural skincare formulator with a specialism in the microbiome and gut-skin connection — which means when it comes to what we put on/in our bodies and in our homes, I genuinely care about what's in the products on these shelves.​

More than anything, I want A Simpler Life to feel welcoming. No judgement, no perfection — just a friendly space where people can explore simpler, lower-waste living in a way that works for them.
